Appears to benefit higher income. Appears to benefit the rich, with new project cost being paid by
all. (2)
Improve confidence in the planning process by acting on suggestions past & present how Plymouth
can 'take back' control from PSU…I.e. student housing police/fire costs, parking abuses, properties
taken off tax base.
In effective in dealing with see comments in 2d.
Honesty in government. Equal treatment of all citizens.
Needs constant attention & forethought.
It appears that this planning is mostly restricted to downtown Plymouth not enough is being done to
promote commercial dev't on Tenney Mtn Hwy & Rte 3A south from the circle. Development in this
area should not be discouraged through arbitrary restrictions
Lack of enforcement of regulations, not enough input from stakeholders.
Zoning is not being enforced. Many historical homes are losing value b/c single family residential
zoning is not enforced.
Plymouth needs to control PSU/off campus growth/sprawl
Need to increase business along TMH
Better control over developing new communities/neighborhoods
Business incubator. Less draconian land use permit system & fee
Should be town wide - not just a few people deciding.
Fairgrounds Rd should be zoned residential!!!
More planning & less reacting.

Get rid of it. Shut the airport. It serves no useful purpose at all, but gives people with micro-
airplanes the chance to spread their horrible noises over the whole town. (2)
We provide $$ for a very few to play with their toys. The designation "airport" is a joke. We should
drop our support.
Become all season?
Taxpayer should not have to subsidize a hobby that increases noise pollution.
Utilize airport more productively.
Look into good for long-term strategy i.e. regional airport

Don't use airport but it could have more professional look.
Needs to be expanded & built up in the future.
